THE STYLE HUNTER CAMPAIGN 2013 - 2015

The Outnet faced a challenge: How could they attract new customers to their discounted, but past season fashion items? While these designer creations were offered at a lower price, they were still comparatively expensive. The stock consisted of various items from different designers and seasons, lacking the cohesive fashion stories found in each season. Competing with the high-end, aloof advertising found in magazines like Vogue seemed daunting.

The solution was to position The Outnet as a destination for style hunters - customers with a natural sense of style who wanted to create their own trendy looks that went beyond current fashion. Through fashion editorials that reflected contemporary themes, The Outnet showcased past season designer creations in everyday situations, demonstrating their wearability and the freedom they offered. The approach aimed to capture the voyeuristic act of stealing a glance at a coveted look from afar.

The campaign was wrapped up with a new tag line “Everything Reduced but the Thrill”

SERGIO THE SHOE HUNTER@LONDON FASHION WEEK - CLIO IMAGE AWARD WINNER

In an attempt to capture the essence of The Outnet's 'Style Hunter' aesthetic, the brand launched Sergio the Shoe Hunter, a sales activation platform that took the fashion world by storm during London Fashion Week. This week-long event not only received significant recognition but also earned prestigious accolades, including the esteemed 2015 Clio Image award, four BIMAs and was a runner-up in the 2015 Marketing Society Awards.

EVERYTHING REDUCED BUT THE THRILL CAMPAIGN 2015-2018

In response to the resounding success of the repositioning, The Outnet embarked on a new campaign centred around the concept of 'Everything Reduced but the Thrill'. Our ultimate goal was to highlight the allure of owning a high-fashion item at a discounted price, while also emphasizing the unique experience provided by the clones and their ability to elicit joy through their irresistible tactile nature.
